Application
  • The Committee will make its independent selection by the first week of September 2025.
  • A letter of support from the candidate’s program director is required during the application process.
  • Priority is given to those who submitted accepted abstracts.
  • 10 grant recipients will be notified by September 2025.
  • Grants will be provided after showing the attendance certificate on the last day of the conference & can be collected from the speakers’ room.
ELIGIBILITY
  • Fellows and physicians in training in accredited cardiology training programs.
  • The following criteria will be considered during the selection process to ensure diversity and milestones:
    • Age
    • Country
    • Experience
    • Specialty

  • Number of publications indexed in the last 5 years, etc.

CONDITIONS
  • The grant is intended for the ACC Middle East Conference 2025 Together With the 16th Emirates Cardiac Society Conference only.
  • In case of absence due to illness, force majeure, or other unavoidable circumstances, the grant award would be deemed lost, and the candidate will be asked to explain their absence.
  • All paperwork (visa, study leave, etc.) remains the responsibility of the applicant.
  • Applicants are eligible for one source of funding only. If alternative funds are available on top of the travel grant, applicants must notify the committee immediately.
  • Registration is complimentary to grant winners
